Bookbug Support

Your plan

• Restore a purchase: on the plans screen or in Settings, tap "Restore purchases".
• Cancel a subscription: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Bookbug. Cancel at least a day before a free trial ends and you pay nothing.
• Redeem a code: tap "Redeem a code" on the plans screen or in Settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data

Your shelf lives on your phone only. Deleting the app deletes it. If you get a new phone, restore from a device backup to bring it with you. Settings → "Delete everything on this device" erases it without deleting the app.
